Has anyone changed the date of their wedding AFTER it was booked?

We are considering moving up our wedding but we already booked the RH, Church, DJ and Video. I was wondering if anyone did this and how it worked out for them? We want everything to stay the same, just come sooner!

We changed the date but all we had booked was the RH. It was very easy. Good luck

When you guys changed the date, how did you approach the hall? What did you say to them to try to keep the same price you had to begin with? That's something I have to do or my dad is going to kill me!

I just went to the hall and told them I wanted to move the date up to May or June and asked them what dates they had available. She looked in the book, and told me the dates. I asked if the price was the same and she said yes. That was about it.

Yes, we have thought about it alot, but after calling our RH it was more $$, so we decided to leave it alone. It will come soon enough. We are already into the summer and before you know it, xmas is here. lol..
