Im sure we will take a big hit and maybe I am just stressing ..but it seems like now that my reception is 3/4 paid for I dont get responses to my emails or phone calls any more etc...and that makes me nervous .....I dont call often or anything ...but when I have a questions about wether I can do something or not or add something Id like the curtosey of a return call.......I dont want that to be something that gets worse as it gets closer!!!

Alot of people have issues with the amount of contact before their wedding. I wouldnt worry too much about it.. you have so much time before your wedding.

i would walk right in and ask the person you are dealing with at the hall, 'why are my calls not being returned?'...its an ish load of $$$ we spend on these halls and should not accept any kind of b.s. like this, don't shy away from confronting any vendor when their customer service isn't up to par, they won't shy away from billing you up the wazoo!

I just spoke to a different BM and found out that my BM is actually a general manager....that seemed to upest me even more.,...if hes the GM and that unhelpful ....
