Has anyone done hypnosis to get rid of stress?

I've heard of this. I wanted to see if anyone has actually done it.

but seriously--hey it might work, maybe check it out once for the heck of it. never heard of hypnosis for stress though.

I has little worry dolls once...they were great! Probably the same concept but cheaper..and cured my insomnia.

hahaha leave it to melissa to get everyone laughing their bootas off!!!

BTW No i have never tried it but PLEASE tell me if it does! This stress is causing white hairs at the age of 24 and i am NOT a happy camper
