We are debating doing this? Any suggestions or advice? Was this a nice place? Was it worth it? Were there a lot of extras?

We are comparing it to Sandals St. Lucia. We are so confused!

We are staying at the Renaissance but not the all inclusive. Talking to people who have been to aruba..there are too many good places to eat on the island, you would be missing too much..so i have heard..

Hey looking at our dates, if you stay at the renaissance our honeymoons will overlap!
sorry for the corniness

I stayed at the Renaissance. It used to be the sonesta. I had a BLAST. there are alot of places to eat. Including McD's and subway if you are homesick. There is a boat that comes RIGHT INTO the hotel to pick you up and take you to a private beach, where there is MORE to eat. We had a good time, we went on like 3 trips to diff attractions, the natural pool was the best. There is a club on the side where the ships dock that they play drinking games( if you don't drink like I don't) then it is just fun to watch. And guess what EAT Our last day there we went to the Casino and we won back 500.00 of our spending money and then we just wondered around till it was time to go to the air port. You'll have fun. One more thing there is a SPA for us ladies.
