I didnt eat there but a friend that was there with us ate there and said it was very good..particularily the dessert.
We ate at Prime which was really good. Our other friends ate at Picasso and were not overwelmed by it.
Aqua is the 'easiest' reservation to get of the three (picasso is the most difficult) so if you want to try others, make reservations right away. It was a complete nightmare to get reseverations for those that waited.

We didn't eat there but we did eat at the Bellagio Cafe and that was really nice. If you do go there for lunch or something make sure to have the Bellini's, they are soooo yummy.

DH and I ate there on our last LV trip. The food was good, but its very eclectic/noveau cuisine. If you are in the mood for regular seafood, you may be dissapointed...if that's what your looking for, Emeril's fish house in MGM is a better bet for you. If you happen to like eclectic dining, you will love it. The chilean sea bass dish I had was very good, I didn't do dessert, though.
