Has anyone else found that the stress of TTC is throwing your cycles off??
This stinks! We're finally giving it our best shot, and I'm not ovulating! I've been charting -- and we’ve BD'd EVERY DAY for 6 days (which is exhausting us both I might add) and my temps have remained low. I'm getting so frustrated and I know DH is starting to feel like a sperm donor! Any thoughts???

I have a question, this may be a stupid one, but if you are getting your period, doesn't that mean that you ovulated....
There could be many factors including stress throwing off cycles. Have you always been regular?
It could be effects of going off the pill.
Changes in Diet, lack of vitamins.
Stress and lack of sleep.
It could be very frustrating at times just not knowing whats going on with your body. I don't think anyone has a difinite answer as to why this happens unfortunately....sometimes all the doctors say is give it time...

Ann - yes - if you get your period, it does mean you ovulated. However, I was reading last night about anovulatory bleeding - which is very light and spotty and comes around when your normal period would. It happens when you do not ovulate and the body rids itself of old lining buildup similiar to your period. Can it get any more confusing
