I just got back from my honeymoon there. I have to say that the island is gorgeous. The water is crystal clear and so warm. But, it's a very quiet island, so if you are looking to party, this is not the place for you. Depending on where you stay, there are only three bars on the island, and everything closes at 10:00 every night except Saturday. So, if you get the munchies at 11:00pm any other day of the week, you are out of luck.

But, being that it was our honeymoon, we wanted quiet. We went jet skiing, parasailing, snorkeling, on a sunset cruise, had his and hers massages, and other stuff like that. And the weather can't be beat. Sunny and warm all the time. So, it's perfect if you just want to hang out on the beach or by the pool.

it can be a bit cool there sometimes. depends on what time of year.

We went to T&C on our honeymoon...We had a great time...It was perfect...nice and laid back..not very touristy..never get bothered on the beach to buy things or get braided...it was awesome. We rented a jeep and went exploring the island, went parasailing and the island has the BEST snorkeling/diving around. We would go back in a second...

Our hotel had a bar that was open until 2am everynight...but you are so right...not much of a party atmosphere, but that was also why we picked it!! Perfect for a honeymoon getaway!

We stayed at the Ocean Club West - it didn't have any late night bars, but we were right down the street from Ports of Call where the three main bars are. But you are absolutely right, not touristy at all which was also, like you said, why we chose it. There was also no waiting for anything - like when we went out to dinner, we were always seated right away.

Actually, from everything I've researched, it's 80 all year round. They do have a 'rainy season' which is really nothing. They don't get alot of rain there, even in the rainy season.

If you look at the map of the Caribean, it is 'near' the bahamas & lt has like weather. The Bahamas also gets 'cool'. My MOH & friend went to Turks in winter months and were a bit cold!




It is also in the Hurricane belt so be careful during those times.

Constant easterly tradewinds provide cooling breezes and temperatures remain quite constant. Winter temperatures average 72°F with daytime highs of 78°F and nightime lows of 65°F. Summer months are much warmer, averaging 88°F. Daytime highs can reach 95°F with nightime temperatures dropping to 75°F
