Has anyone ever done a vacation like this?

We want to go on a whitewater rafting trip for about three days, followed by a few days at a dude ranch/mountain resort type place. Preferably out west- maybe Colorado. We don't want to have to rent a car, so I guess we'd be looking for some kind of package thing.

Does anyone know of any sites where I might be able to find something like this, if it even exists? I looked on Trip Advisor but didn't see what I wanted.

I went white water rafting out on the Snake River in Wyoming and it was absolutely beautiful. In my opinion, I wouldn't go white water rafting for 3 days, b/c there are so many things to do out there that are 'outdoorsy' that are fun also. I'd go on a day trip white water rafting, you can go moutain biking, horseback riding, alpine sliding, hiking, etc. It is close to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone National Park, both of which are breathtaking. Jackson Hole is nearby, which is a great town to hang out in.

There are resorts which arrange to take you to each different activity, so you wouldn't need a car. If you wanted to stay in more of a cabin (which they have tons of) you'd probably need a car...but it's totally worth it.
