I believe it's Jacqueline Nicole. Lots of Brides have used her.
Do a search for her and I'm sure you'll see reviews.

Jacqueline Nicole is not the same as Jackie from I Makeup You. Both are vendors on this site, and if you do a quick search on the brides reivew- you'll see responses.

I'm using jackie from I Makeup You and highly I recommend her. You should go for a trial and see for yourself.
