Yes, they are great!! They are second best to my band Hot Pursuit.

I heard them at a wedding and they were amazing!

Try doing a search on here as alot of girls have used them and I have always read great reviews on them

They played at my wedding this past weekend.
They were fanatastic.
They had everyone up dancing the entire time.
I thought they were the best band I had heard.
I would use them again and again.
And Maryann is wornderful to work with.

They are the best wedding band I've ever seen. If I were ever need a band I would hire them.

They are amazing at a wedding. I can't explain the frenzy they create on the dance floor.,I never seen so many people dancing that would normally never get out of a chair.

They played at my wedding and were phenomenal!! The best wedding band I have ever heard!! I also had alot of music snobs attend my wedding and THEY said that they were the best wedding band THEY have ever heard!! Check out my reveiw for more details (link in bio).

I think they are very good... I have heard good things. I heard them in person and they were very nice- I wasn't 'wowed' but they were very talented and had a nice amount of energy.

I saw one review on here in particular that concerned me about them...

I ultimately went with Heart & Soul- they were less money and with H&S the vocals are RIGHT on, the members are young and have SO much energy, they look so professional- they are just out of this world. They had the TOTAL and complete package for me and it was cheaper in price! So I figured why not...

Both are great and I am not saying one is better then the other- it's all about preference. And for me, being 'wowed'

I agree with the above poster. All vendors are a matter of preference. I heard Heart and Soul and did not like them, but they get rave reviews on this site all the time. Go hear bands for yourself it's such a personal choice.

I've seen Times Sq Orchestra at a few weddings.
I looked into them for my own wedding and was actually concerned b/c of the price...so low.
A band was one area we wanted to go all out on...so we ended up with a Hank Lane band...Jeff Lubin. They were a lot more $ than Times Sq but it definitely showed. Younger people...could do more current songs. Times Sq has older people in it so they sound silly doing anything current that you may hear on the radio right now. But it's all a matter of preference....we wanted a lot of young, current stuff.

ETA: The wedding I saw Times Sq at definitely had people dancing all night...they were great. It was just more of an older crowd on the dance floor...the bride and groom's parents' friends seemed to enjoy them more then the friends of the bride and groom if you know what I mean.
But they are definitely good. It just depends what kind of music you are into.

I have to disagree. Remember the music they do at a wedding is what the bride requested. I've heard them do current music and they were right on the money. The only thing I can't see them doing is Rap and Hip Hop.... You mean to tell me you have to pay Hank Lane more money because his band members are younger?

TSO played all types of music at my wedding, even current music. They were fantastic and sounded great, even if they were older than some other bands.

No - Hank Lane is just a much more reputable company.

Not really...........Hank makes all the $'s. His muscians are all scale. So the band cost him 1/4 of what you paid.
