Limo - NJL Limo in Huntington - F
We've delt with NJL many times before and always been happy with them. However, this time we were happy at all. While they were on time, the limo was clean and the driver was friendly...it was not the limo we had ordered, it really was not big enough, it was not the 16-18 passanger limo we looked at when we booked with them and some of the people in our bridal party had to drive their own cars to the reception! I also requested a friend of mine to be the driver, he was a no-show and no explanation was given. We went to the hotel and took some photos in the lobby. Th elimo driver came in to rush us back in to the limo because he had to go pick up people for a 'Sweet Sixteen' party! We were told we could have the limo addition hours as long as we paid the OT fee...obviously it was NOT available to us. When we got back in the limo the driver had changed all the linens and removed all the alcohol from the car because he said he had to get to the Sweet 16. Oh, to top it all off, he was taking us to the WRONG reception hall. So instead of enjoying the ride to the hall with my new husband and bridal party, I had to give the guy directions to the CORRECT hall. He was apparently in a rush and drove really fast on dark, winding roads all the way to PJCC and I actually had to hold on to the door to keep from sliding off the seat in my gown. Not happy at all.
