I've never used it personally but I have some friends that swear by it when the want to do some last min traveling on a budget. So far no complaints. But like all things you do on the internet, Id suggest you read everything make copies of everything and look for customer service numbers and check them out b4 doing anything major just in case.

I have! My FI put down $65 as his price and we got a 4 star hotel in Washington DC that was amazing!!! We use it all the time and love it. We even got one fo the nicer resorts at Disney (the Contemporary) for naming a price of $55 per night! Although you cant see the hotel before you book it, if you choose a high star rating you know your going to get something nice no matter what--so its worth the shot.

ETA: Oops, just realized you meant for airline tix--never used it for that, but I dont think its much different.

I have used it for both airline and hotel reservations.

We stayed at the Hyatt on Sunset Strip in CA for $55 a night! It's normally around $130.

I used them for airline tickets and saved about $100. The only thing was that I had to fly at the times they told me. I couldn't change that.
