I am going to Cabo this upcoming June- but it's not all- inclusive. I don't really like all inclusive resorts- i'd rather fend for myself! If you do a search you'll find more info on Cabo in general though- a few ladies have been.

I did this past october we stayed at the Royale Solaris, I liked it a lot the pool and entertainment staff were great!
The food is okay, but you cant go by me, I am not that into mexican food, they do an italian nite now and then which is good but not like here.....
I heard from other people and if you go to TRIPADVISOR.com
and put in los cabos you will see for yourself that people either love or hate the food no matter what hotel you stay at.
The rooms and hotel were immaculately clean and the staff courteous, very courteous actually and they have an office which can book all your tours/events...

Sorry, I saw your POST AND SAW CABO and didnt pay attention to the san lucas part...
Royale solaris is in san jose cabo which is twenty minutes or so from cabo san lucas
