Moonlight Couture in Merrick? Its seems that all of the dresses I like are only at this salon, this is info I got from theknot.com.

I went there to look for flower girl dresses. They have beautiful merchandise. They did not have exactly what I was looking for, but they did call the manufacturer to see if the dress I wanted could be made. They took my name and number and called me back two days later. In the end, the price was higher than I wanted to spend. But I found them nice to work with and responsive.

I just wanted to let our fellow brides know that if you're looking for a Bridal Gown, You must check out moonlight Couture! I have been in search for 'The Dress' and I think I found it there! The only reason I say 'I think' is because I have two more appts. next week. I have looked at larger Bridal Salons but did not see what I liked in my price range (up to $2000); however, at Moonlight there prices were very reasonable and the owner, Karen was a doll! I went there without an appointment and I was unaware they sold Bridal Gowns. I thought they only sold BM dresses but, to my surprise they sold Bridal Gowns! Girls, if you haven't found your dress, I recommend you look at this place next! By the Way, 'The Dress' was only $1050!!!

I live right near there so I am planning on checking it out. Do you know which designers they carry?

I would call them to make sure they have THE dresses you want to try on. I went there also thinking they had the dresses that I wanted and they didn't. They didn't have that big of a selection when I went. I went in the winter. Maybe they have more now.

YOu're right they had a small selection;however, they were able to show me more dresses there that I loved than other bridal shop. It takes one dress to make it 'the one' YOu have nothing to lose by going. Good Luck!
