I've always liked the Clear Blue Easy digital....and I used the CVS store brand this past month and got a definite line.

i recently had a totally bizarre experience with pregnancy tests (clear blue easy regular and digital) that i will no longer use them unless i'm a few weeks late...

while away on business i realized my period had 'disappeared' (spotted one day and then poof, gone) - totally confused i took a test - BFP. in total shock i made DH go out and buy the digital. again, BFP.

fast forward to a week later.

took a test - BFN. took the digital - BFN. went to the dr. to find out what had happened, she took blood, BFN. i always was under the impression that false positives 'never happen' - ***!

This really does sounf like a chemical pregnancy, especially since you even got a BFP with digital. But this is one of the reasons why our doctors tell us not to test until AF is late... that way you dont know what you've lost. It still is awful...

that is what i thought as well, but the dr. doesn't think so . i'm pretty regular and now my cycle is totally off. i spotted on the 15th (as scheduled), took the test on the 17th and got my period on the 25th - bizarre, don't know when i will be getting AF next!

My experience tells me to ALWAYS get a digital!! I had the regular (I think clear blue easy) with the lines and the line was there but very faint and made me question it.........Then I went out and got the digital....it gives you a definate pregnant or not pregnant....no question
