has anyone had anyluck with south beach diet

im thiking about trying it. my boss is on it and he is losing a lot of weight and looks great

I'm not on South Beach, but its close cousin Atkins is working great for me. I've lost about 50 pounds in 5 months, yay!

I did south Beach for about 2 months and lost weight. then I went off it

wow way to go linda!!!!!!! i tried atkins for 2 months and lost some inches but then i started cheating. do you exercise alot?

I dont exercise at all (bad, bad, I know....)

I want to join a gym but its just so expensive and then in the winter time with hockey games all the time, heh

I just picked up the South Beach Diet book a few days ago. Only read a little of it so far. I had done the Atkins diet in the past and lost 30 lbs in 2 months, but as soon as I went off it, the weight just started coming back. I want to try this diet, because it incorporates more fruits and veggies in the diet, where I found Atkins diet didn't. Either way, I need to get this weight off again! Keep it up everyone, either diet I believe works if you stick to it. I enjoyed reading Atkins book and now look forward to reading this new one on South Beach.

Off the subect I have a doxie too and he is my baby and I'm getting married a month before you at the Riviera just thought i would throw that in!!!!!!

PS: i lost thirty pounds on Atkins too but i really need to get back on the wagon i have been so bad.
