Are their printers higher quality than home-use printers? Because tried to print out this wedding cake graphic I made for stationary, it was all granulated and looked bad. Anyone had any experience with Kinkos?

Yes it is a highe quality then the at home printers. I use them to make duplicates of my son's christmas pictures to stick in christmas cards.

my husband is a graphic designer and he always has trouble getting his work printed. Kinko's is better but not great...he needs printer specifications to be 100% correct...they are never!!!

I used them to print my direction and accomodation cards. They screwed up my order the first time because they didn't load the font I requested (and put on my disk for them) before printing . So, if you have any non-standard fonts, just be sure to get a proof first.

Yes, their printers are much better than what most people have at home.
It really depends on the employees working. Some of their employees are excellent, know how to work their own machinery and care about their customers. Some of their employees are rude, do not know how to use their own equipment properly and could care less.
