Has anyone heard from MJdoc about the EOTY GTG?

I think the numbers are still short of what it would need to be for the price to be affordable.

I am really sorry that we are unable to attend Michael works Sunday thru Thursday Nights. The only time that would work for us is Friday or Saturday nights. If anything changes please keep us posted.

I was curious also ~ I am listed as a maybe but I am not sure ~ if I should change my schedule around if it is not going to happen or be cancelled ~ maybe we can do a GTG with the Yes's/maybe just on a smaller scale...

I was also thinking that we could do a picinc and or BBQ for sometime in the summer of 2008. Would anyone be interested in that. Even family and children could attend this and we could set it up like a family picinc and people could bring food and stuff. We could play sports and stuff like that. What does everyone think?

as of right now--the # of yes vs. nos and maybes is rather underwhelming.

i think there's maybe a total of 20 or so ppl who said 'yes' but i know how GTGs are and if 20 says yes, that mean that we'll be lucky to get 15 or 10 ppl. (cause it ALWAYS happens with GTGs that ppl get last minute things happening)

i'm still holding out some hope--but as of right now, if the # doesn't dramatically increase i think we'll have to cancel the GTG at fox hollow and perhaps have something small at restaurant or something instead.

I was so Looking forward to Partying with the ALL Newlyweds like one Big Family.

This is excellent!!! We will start making plans in January 2008. Anyone that wants to help can because we can use all the help we can get. I think I got this idea from my mom because they would have family picnics and this idea is fun and relaxed and if anyone has children they can come too!!!

We should totally still do this even if the EOTY GTG still goes off! Sounds like such a good idea!

We will definetly be doing the picnic/bbq this summer. I think it is a new tradition that we need to bring into LIWeddings. Don't forget your daughter can attend also. We will definetly start talking about it in January.
