I recenlty visited George Pliakis in Rocky Point... anyone heard anything? Also what were Duets albums like?

My girlfriend used him for her wedding 2 years ago. Her pictures came out really nice and she loved his personality. He works by himself and develops all his pictures himself. He suppossedly doesn't advertise and is word of mouth. Most of her pictures are posed but then again she was not specific with what she wanted. She let him take whatever pictures he thought would look good. I also heard his prices are pretty good as well.

Forgot to add: We booked duet. We liked their style and we felt for photo and video the prices were good.

My hair dresser told me to check him out- he couldn't even remember her name. I just didn't 'click' with him. It seemed as if he thought I'd be making a mistake if I went with someone else.
DUET has the soho-style book. The pictures are the page- like a children's book. Its not the typical slip-in book. You can also have one picture as a backround and another on top. OFFICIAL DUET PHOTOGRAPHY THREAD
