I left mine on the window sill and it disappeared. The window was closed of course. DO you think my 6 month old cat took it? Ron is freaking. Waited 15 years for it and lost it in less than 90 days.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RUN WATER OR FLUSH TOILET !!! IT MIGHT BE TRAPPED IN THE DRAIN! I did this once with a pearl earring, it fell down the drain, and my dad had to undo the pipes under the sink- and there it was. Also, try to retrace your steps leading up to losing it. I get nervouse every time I have to take off my ring I try not to ever take it off. Good Luck finding it. It HAS to be there somewhere if it didnt go out~ use a flashlight to help you look!

Liz - Sorry to hear the bad news, but say a prayer to St. Anthony.
I actually lost a baquette at work (you know how tiny they are). I just looked down and poof it wasn't there anymore. I gave up all hope looking for it. Low and behold I said the Our Father and prayed to St. Anthony -- I found this tiny diamond on my car seat. How the HELL?! Don't lose hope and if Ron is playing a joke on you ALL the girls are going to give him HELL!

I hope you find it, dont leave a inch of your house unturned. I lost mine, and we found it on our driveway. After that, we had it sized even more down. Now it spins a little when my fingers get cold, but its def better then before.

I found it!!! Whew. IT was under a few things on my dresser. What a wake up call. I will only take it off and put it straight away from now on. I did check all the suggestions you all gave me. I also learned that my cats have hid a few things under the stove. (legos) Thanks for all you encouragement. I am happy!
