I was just wondering if I am the only one who is procrastinating. My BP doesnt want to order them until as late as possible so they can get to the size they want to be but I cant wait too much because if I dont have the color I really cant complete some of my other tasks.
I want to go in January/February and pick the style and color and then they can order in April.

I haven't, but hope to within the next month-month and a half. I'm afraid they'll get discontinued on me.

I haven't picked mine out yet or looked at them at all. You still have plenty of time, so don't worry! You still have 10 months until your wedding and BM dresses will only take 3 months, tops.
That being said...
It's your wedding! If you want to pick out dresses and have your girls order them, then do it! Your wedding. Your rules.

I found a dress I love but it doesn't come in my colors, so I may have a seamstress make them for me.

You are def not alone. I havent ordered mine yet. I'm looking to do it in January...after the holiday crazyness.
I do have a few dresses I want the girls to try on and hopefully one will be a winner

I'm going in Jan when my MOH flies home for the weekend. Working now to plan a girls weekend and see if I can get all the girls together. Can't do it until MOH is back in the US. But I agree, I want it done so I can get other stuff done.

Careful Girls!!! BM dresses can take 3-4 months to get in and you want to leave about 4 weeks for fittings!!! I should take my own advice though lol- I'm 8mo. til the wedding and still have 3BM's left to order

I plan to order my BM dresses after thanksgiving...2 of my FSILS will be in town so we are going to have them measured and hopefully I can get all of the dresses (5 total) ordered asap. Wish me luck!

what a freakin headache BM dresses have become OMG i think i have gont through 7 FINAL CHOICES i hate BM's i'm getting ready to fire 2 of them 1 is my sister

I haven't really started looking BUT with that said I think I am custom designing them. There are wedding dress shops in my neighborhood that can do it for $200 including alterations. I think that might be easiest for my group!!!

i went to bridal reflections and went with one of my moh's and cousins and we picked the dress together. then my cousin went back a week ago to put the first deposit down bc if the dress gets discontinued we stil have it. the rest of my bridal party will get their fittings and put the deposit down in late jan-early feb.

I haven't ordered mine yet. So don't feel bad. BM dresses usually take no longer than 4 months to come in, so you still have time. And they normally come in within a few weeks. So don't worry.
