They suck!
I ordered 12 4' square glass vases and 5 of them came broken. I just got them last friday and need them for this saturday. I had to call customer service friday, monday and tuesday to see what they were doing about rushing a replacement and none of them could tell me since their customer service is in another state than their warehouse. When I spoke to the guy on tuesday he said he didn't know when they would arrive but would put a rush on it but I told him to forget it. Terrible customer service.

Thanks for the heads up!!! with two weeks left I don't think I can risk it.

I ordered from them. They came fast within a few days and only one vase was chipped.

I have time so we are sending it back.
