Has anyone seen alpha dog?

I saw it last night and i can't stop thinking about it...Its based on a true story, and it is detail for detail what happened...the movie was supposed to come out last summer but the week it was supposed to come out it got postponed bc the case was still going on so it came out last night. There is still one pending case though.

So based on the event and everything that lead to it and the trials of course, they have detailed description of it and all...Its crazy because of the fact that it is true.

Ive read alot of the reviews, some LOVED it some hated it but not because of the story but some of the writing and how it was done, which some i would agree about...but the story is what s u c k s you in. And if you can ignore all the loud teenager girls who went JUST to see JT ...i am not a fan of his but he did pretty good, even in the reviews everyone said they were really surprised.

AHhh i hope someone else saw this so i can talk about it lol.

Seriously after you see the movie you can't stop thinking about it, i am sitting here reading the real court cases and seeing what really happened, some things were left out, nothing big or anything just things that probably would make the movie too long.

What bothers me is reading the reviews, this is just regular people on IMDB, not real movie critics...They're complaining that there is too muc pot smoking and cursing hmmmm its a movie about drug dealers what do you expect? I just hate when people say things like that, its supposed to be what really happened and guess what a bunch of 20 year old drug dealers are going to do drugs and curse ...I think it would be weird if they didn't, it wouldn't be believable, yeah a bunch of drug dealers sitting around having nice little conversations. They're like who really acts like this, uhmmm rich wannabe gangster kids who deal drugs lol. Then they say well they could've gone more into depth about this, there was a message behind it and blah blah blah, its supposed to be exactly what happened, why would they come up with other story lines and change the characters personalities...SOrry i went on a vent there...It just annoys me they're sitting there trying to sound all intelligent and what real art is and blah blah blah, this is not one of those movies and to go in there expecting that would be quite stupid so how intelligent are you now?

It just really has you thinking alot after you see it, it does effect you, because of the fact that it is real. I am a little traumatized.

Yeah there were about 36 witnesses, they actually number the witnesses in the movie, as they pass by or whatever the situation was it will show witness #12 next to them for instance...some even show their names next to the number.

and this wont give away anything in the movie, i am making sure not to say anything, but something i just read in the court papers but DID NOT come out in the movie, is that one woman did call the police and even gave a license plate number but the police NEVER responded, they did nothing about it. So those cops are in trouble too and are getting investigated

Like i said in the other post i wrote to you, FH and I liked it, his friend didn't and his brother said it was ok lol...even all the reviews are mixed some LOOOVED it others hated it lol...The movie is what it is, based on the facts...So why people expect to see a bunch of drug dealers having intelligent nice conversations I don't know. But i'll tell you one thing, you can't walk away from that movie, not thinking about it and just going over and over in your head, and touch you too.

Finally gonna go to bed after i spent over an hour reading so many articles and court files on this case lol...It's interesting because they all show the real pics of everyone involved their names and all that...Ok i am obsessing about this now lol goodnight
