1st fl is nice. Bedrooms are small. When I saw it they were asking for a lot more.

Yup. Well I almost bought it for $392,500 2 weeks ago when it was for sale by owner. They were asking $409k for it

Do you have some dimensions for the bedrooms?

I am curious as to what you consider 'small'.

Hmmmm...One Bedroom is the size of two Standard Size Square Cubicles together

And the other was about the size of a standard size 1 car garage.

The master which is next to the kitchen, should be a dining room, and it was small too. The bigger bedroom upstairs was the biggest.

Interesting. I just know from the dimentions of the bedrooms in my place.

My larger bedroom is 11x15 and I can live with that... not a bad size. My second bedroom is 11x10 and thats a little smaller... but even that I could deal depending on what the sizes of the other rooms are.
