We used a swaddling blanket, but not that one. Nicolas didn't like feeling confined, so we didn't get much use out of it.

what is it??? just a swaddling blanket or does it do something special? I dont get why they call it the miracle blanket?

I think if the nurses show you the correct way to swaddle you don't need that. You could just use a regular receiving blanket. You would need more than one anyway because if they spit-up or something. Unless you plan on doing laundry everyday
