Nope and he would close his eyes if I tried. Anytime I remotely mention anything related to what I'm going to look like on that day, be it how I want to wear my hair or what types of dresses I tried on or like, he cuts me off and tells me he doesn't want to know. It's really cute.

NOO! he's not allowed.
However, I've been eyeing basically the same style of dress (differet designers have a VERY similar gown), and we were at the first bridal show we went to on valentine's day in 2004, and we were just sitting through the fashion show to see if we won prizes and neither f us really said anything, but FH saw that dress come down the runway and said 'wow..that's a beautiful dress!'
isn't that amazing?

My FI and I have very different tastes..he is very conservative and when I asked him what kind of dress he would want to see he said like a short sleeve dress or cap sleeve ( NO he didn;t say the word cap sleeve )
He thinks that strapless is slutty or something...which I don't feel to be true..
I didn't tell him so he would be surprised AND TO SAVE MY OWN SANITY! Because I didn't want him to stress me out about it...he is already stressing me out about my hair,...he want to see it down and straight...which is how I wear it everyday So I said NO to that

I haven't showed him...I want him completely surprised, but I think he knows me well enough to know the type of dress I would get!

when I first saw my dress in a pic online I showed him bc I didnt think Id actually order it.
He wont remember what it looks like a year and a half from now anyway lol

Magazine pictures and passed by a wedding dress section once and he pointed to some that he said would look nice. meanwhile he has good taste but i have an idea of what he would like on me and we have the same picture of what we would like to see.
