The Mega Tea Green tea thing that promises you to use 20 lbs. What effects did it have on you? Or can you recommend a good diet pill that I can take with diet and excercise.

they dont work...just eat better and work out. There is no good diet pill.....if there was we would all be skinny!!!!!!!!!!
