We've been talking about it lately, but we're really interested in taking salsa or meringue!

I am not sure where you live but the Eddie Torres dance studio is the best place to go to take salsa lessons. It is in the city.

FH suggested we take lessons. I guess he's nervous about all eyes on him...
Our local HS has adult ed classes,a nd for $55 per couple!
(8) 1 hour sessions starting in March!
Edited to add that my parents are taking them with us!

We're doing the same exact thing...parents and all! Can't beat the deal!

We plan on taking lessons as well. My FH and I are going to have our traditional 1st dance to a slow song. Then, we are going to have a dance choreographed for our 2nd dance. We are still searching for a teacher.

definetly taking dance lessons......i grew up with ballet, pointe, tap, jazz....even did some teaching.......FH on the other hand......

We're going to do it a bit later in the Spring. FH was actually the one that suggested it. We're going to Crystal Studios(?) in West Islip, really good rates. Here's their site:

My FH and I just started to take salsa lessons!! sooooo psyched about them. I love to dance so he got us lessons for christmas. We go to salsa salsa dance studios in brooklyn - it's about 100 per couple for 2 hour lessons each week. his family members have been taking lessons there for awhile and still love it.
