has anyone taken pics @ Bayard Arboretum?

We are taking our e-pics there in a week & a half . I'm looking for ideas on clothing style & color, we are having some of our poses alone & some with our kids so there will be 4 of us altogether. Matching or coodinating outfits? Also any tips on what to expect.

My FH and I did our engagement photos there. (I've got the proofs but no scanner! The print is on it's way). It's a beautiful place. We did our shots outside the mansion, on the grass, by a tree, and by some flowers. There are also areas that are on the water which are beautiful as well.

The outfits were wore for the photos had a red, white, and khaki color scheme. It was so hard to find nice coordinating outfits! I had a dress from Old Navy which was a floral print in red and khaki against a white background and I put a little white sweater over it. FH wore khaki pants and a white button down shirt with a red shirt underneath. You barely saw the red on him, but it was just enough to tie in the color.

Good luck! I would suggest trying to stay within 2 to 3 colors or shades of a color with your outfits. Your backgrounds will mostly be green (trees, grass, etc.) so wearing green or brown might make you blend with the scenery. I'm sure your photos will turn out great!
