Has anyone tried the eyelash extension?

Just curious if anyone tried the eyelash extensions? If so, any tips? How many days before should I put them on, they are very expensive so is it worth it? Let me know what you think. And if you've done it, where to go.

Wow, this is so funny - I was just going to post this question myself.

I'm going this Saturday for the lashes at nuBest in Manhasset. They are to supposed to last two weeks and they cost $50. I'll post info after I get it done.
