I TRIED IT WAS GREAT AT THE BEGINING I EVEN LOST A GOOD 10LBS BUT IT COST SO MUCH BECAUSE YOU HAD TO BUY FRESH PRODUCE ALMOST EVERY OTHER DAY AND THAT COSTS, DOES ANYONE ELSE AGREE WITH ME? OR AM I JUST COMPLAINING?

I did it, but it was way too much money.. And you had to eat those bars, they were a lot.. I like weight watchers better.. IMO

I did it and lost like 30lbs in about 5 mths but then hit a brick wall and didnt lose anything it got very fustrating after a while and then I really realize what a bunch of quacks the counslers are one actually told me that I didnt lose anything b/c I took a shower before I went there and my body asorbed the water from the shower I think that was the straw that broke the camels back I have never heard of anything so stupid in my life.
It is very very expensive I think I paid close to $800 at the time and all I was eating was lettuce and grilled chicken and more lettuce and more grilled chicken and more lettuce and more grilled chicken. The people at work used to laugh that it was all I ate and it really was.

i went there years ago when i needed to loose like 25 lbs and b/c i didnt join right away they said 'well thats ok you dont have to join you can just stay FAT the rest of your life ( thats basically what they said , even though theyused the word heavy). Shes like you can join other weigh loss places but we are the best , better than WW!

I did and hardly lost anything because they don't give you much choices of foods to make so it gets boring and hard to stay on.
