Has anyone used a GOBO or plan to use at their wedding?

How much did it cost and where did you get it from?

I think jenniesunshine got a quote from someone and it was $$$$$ - I want to say like $800 or so. FM her.

what's a GOBO?

A gobo is basically a stencil you put in front of a light to make ti project a shape or in this case, names. I don't know how much they cost to produce.

Most DJ's will do this for you.

That's pretty cool. I've never seen that before. Not sure it's worth $800 though.

It is usually a DJ lighting thing not a hall thing

We are getting the higher light package but to make the stencil and stuff they charge 200

My DJ is having it done for me for 25 dollar just the cost of the template.

If your DJ has intelligent lights he should be able to get it for you. If they are charging you $800, they are ripping you off.......can you tell I work for a DJ?
