I'm trying to check some more things off my list, so I'm booking limos soon and was wondering if anyone could give me feedback about the service and pricing at Aquarius Limousines. ANy other suggestions? I got some quotes and would like to compare. Thanks!
we had booked them for a specialty car - a 1956 white cadillac fleetwood (a pick up at the church and drop off at the reception) about 40 minutes apart. Well, it was going to cost $275.00 which was okay, until two days before when we were asked to confirm the pickup time at the church and were told we have a fifteen minute grace period (we knew this from the contract) but they were insistant that they will start the timer and charge us for 'every minute' over the fifteen. They were so rude about this and we were afraid that we may not know the exact time the ceremony would end, etc. that we cancelled. It was expensive to begin with, but since it was such a nice and rare car, we were going for it. We lost the deposit, but we had found out the the company that we were getting our regular limos from had the same car, in black for like half the price (around $125.00) (since we were using him anyway)! We were so much happier and had incredible service. They booked us for the job and not by the time and it was so much less stress! I just didn't like how they handled this at the last moment, being so strict about that part of the contract when they never discussed that with us before. I know it was in the contract, but it was one of those 'small print' items. Anyway, that's only my story. Check them out for your self, but really, we got such good service and better prices from Vets Limos and i am glad we cancelled aquarius.
