if you're talking about the one in Commack, I ordered my wedding gown from them. I had a good experience. I picked it up last weekend it was fine. it's definitely not an upscale store with exceptional service, but I don't need that... some people do. I saved some $ on the dress and that was more important to me (since my mom paid for it) than having someone fawn all over me.

FM Julz33 I believe her sister used them for almost everything!!

I totally agree with you!!! We did save money on our dresses, however right after I ordered it and put money down for it, I found out that there is NO CAP fee on our dress! So we have to pay for our alterations no matter how big or small! The guy (BOB) said that the average price is $300-350. I freaked. SO now I feel that I didn't save money, I'm actually going to end up spending..... So I have no choice but to go there fo ralterations cause god forbid of anythingm they are responsible and will get me a new a dress if an emergancy ovccured. If I wanted to savw money and go somewhere else of alterations.......they are not responsible for anything!

I was NOT going there for my alterations!!! I have heard to many bad stories!!! You can FM Julz33 about that also b/c her sister got her dress and bm dresses all from there and said they were horrible.

I took my dress to a private seamstress who was alot closer and alot cheaper. It cost me I think $ 150 including bustle.

My Boss said the same thing. She had a nightmare with her BM dresses. Well I am taking mine elsewhere but my BM's will have to stick with them. I will keep my fingers crossed and cause KAOS if they are horrible!!!
