Has anyone used Truly Elegant Desings?

I got in contact with this vendor, her prices for a bridal party flowers are great so far and she seems really proffessional. She is set to quote me on RH decor and if all seems good I am really considering using her, plus her samples are pretty nice.

Has anyone used her?

I also received a quote from Flowers by Rose, her prices are good too...any thoughts?

Thanks ladies...
