Has anyone used/booked Wedding Elegance for DOC?

I've never heard of them either. Maybe you could ask the vendor for a reference of a bride who did use her.

Otherwise, I recommed Christine and Hollie from Exquisite Affairs. I've also heard great things about Francesa from Dazzling Affairs.
