There is also Robinson's Tea Room in Stony Brook. It's small though, but what a cute place!

I had a shower for my mom there...it is so cute and the girls there were so nice! there were about 15 people for the shower and it was a good size..not great for a big shower..I made little favors of loose tea and diffusers on top. We had small sandwichers and fruit and cookies put on tiered plattes and of course tea! If you have any other questions let me know

Lets see..prices for last summer for a group party were $17.95pp for a traditional tea which we had...scones, sandwiches, fruits and pots of tea..for $24.95pp there were also quiches and salad included. I spoke wiht michelle and alicia and they were very sweet. We had the place form 4-6 pm which was nice..they also have little things for sale there so you can look around a bit too.
