Did anyone show a picture of their wedding dress to their FH? What's the rule - is it they can't see it at all or just see you in it?

He has seen pics of what I want. but he wont see it, I want it to be a surprise!

I have been really really careful not to show him the dress, and I don't want him to see it until we take pics before the ceremony. I have a ton of pictures of me in the dress, and when I want to look at them I have to make sure he's not around!! I think its personal preference whether or not you want him to see it. But I know I want him to be surprised on our wedding day.

He has seen a picture of the dress... I have no problems with that... I'm not too superstitious.

No he hasnt seen it, but when we were signing a photography contract....
we had been talking about how there are pictures taken as the bride gets dressed - sometimes when she's in her undergarments. Well the back of my dress is very unusual and I cant wear a bra with it. Cups wil be sewn in the front or ill have some type of nu-bra or adhesive to hold me in. I am trying to be discreet in telling the photographer that he cant take pictures of me getting dressed because I wont stand there with my hands over my boobs. And there goes Momma Goldi describing my dress to a T with FH right there to hear it all. I was so upset, I know shes excited but COME ON MA!!!! And yes he does remember everything.

He has not seen anything at all. I just asked some genreal questions about what he likes and he knows that the dress is fairly traditional looking.

Only if he searched for it on the computer. I hope he hasnt, but if he has I will be so much more beautiful on my wedding day I am not worried. Its stunning in person. I love my dress again

No, i haven't told him about it or showed him a pic. but yesterday, i asked him to describe what i would wear, and he described some parts of my dress. It was very weird.

No way, and he doesnt want to-- he wants to be totally surprised. he wont see my dress, my shoes, my jewelry-- practically runs in the other direction at the mere mention of them!

Noooooo....besides he's looking forward to being surprised the day of. Even if I didnt care if he saw it (which I do), he probably wouldnt want to see it anyway.

No but FI and I are both TERRIBLE with secrets..Thank goodness the wedding is so soon, otherwise I don't think that I could hold out much longer
