So last night after a full day's worth of work, and spending 3 hours painting my new apartment (getting home after 10pm).....i found my self freaking out because i wasn't doing anything wedding related. I kept asking my FH 'what to i need to do, what do i need to do?' I couldn't appreciate the fact that i had some down time. I felt like i couldn't waste ONE MINUTE not doing something wedding related....like it didn't feel NORMAL. FH told me i was loosing my mind, and i think he's right

Last night, I grabbed a pen and paper to take notes on Anthony Bourdain's Ireland episode of No Reservation (we're going there on HM). FH looked at me and said, 'You never just let your brain stop, do you? You even watch TV like you're at a lecture. I'm trying to relax, would you just chill out already?'

I totally understand. I always feel like I am forgetting something or need to get something done. I fractured my foot last Saturday and was totally freaking out bc I had a million appointments that I had to rs. We just never give ourselves a break
