Hate FSIL!!!! (Long Vent)

As you all know from my past posts, FH and I do not get along with his brother and hiw brother's wife. They are mean, cold, rude, unsociable people to say the least. FH's bachelor party was tonight and although FH and his brother hardly speak anymore (except about his mother's care--she had a stroke several years ago) FH decided he would be the bigger person and invite his brother. Surprisingly his brother decided to go. FH's mother really should not be left alone for a long period of time due to her condition, but FH was under the impression his SIL was home with his mom when his brother came out for the day. A few hours after they left, FH calls me and tells me SIL just got home and his mom was missing. She went to Connecticut for the day and left FH's mother by herself and had no idea where she went. FH told me they were heading over to the house to call some of her friends to see if she went out with any of them. About 45 min. went by and I hadn't heard back from FH after calling him 3 X's, so now I am upset thinking something happened to his mom. I called FBIL's phone and he didn't answer (and I hate FBIL so for me to call him I had to be concerned). When he didn't answer I decided to call FH's mother's house (FBIL and FSIL live with their mother). Well FSIL picked up the phone and I said, 'Hi, it's Crissy. I've been trying to get in touch with FH and he hasn't called back. Is everything ok? Did you find FMIL?' She replies in her bitchy, snotty tone 'I know exactly where she is.' I said 'Ok good I just wanted to make sure she was ok. FH said they were heading over to the house to look for her.' She replies, 'They were never here.' And than HUNG UP the phone!!!! What a biatch!!!!!! I would love more than anything to just knock her out. And to think in less than a month, these two are going to be at our wedding. UGGGHHHHH!!!!

WOW...she sounds like my Aunt!!! Cold, Hard B****!!!!! Don't you just love family!!!!
I hope your FMIL is safe! Sorry you and your FH had to go through all that worrying!

I totally understand where you are at. I am somewhat in that situation. I feel like I have to always please my FSIL. No matter what I do she's not happy. I am so not letting it bother me.

Dag she is MISERABLE!!!!!!! UGHH..... too bad we can't make people like that disappear. I hope your FMIL is okay and sorry they made you worry like that.

Yes....FMIL is ok. Her friends picked her up and took her out but never told anyone.

yes, i too belong to the evil FSIL club. mine is FH's sister. she's beyond being a pill. she's the whole dang bottle, Costco sized ( )...unfortunately, family is family...unless EVERYONE shares the hatred, i think you gotta invite her and just learn to grin and bear it through the wedding....after that, ignore her all you want!

wow, my FSIL can be an annoyance at times but she doesn't have the GUTS to do something like that to me LOL
