I work in a small office, about 8 girls in total, Ia m very friendly/close with about 5 of them...and I so totally wantto invite them to my wedding..its in Long Island, in April 2004....and they are all from Rhode ISland, so the ones who I am close with are all plannin to make a mini-vacay to celebrate my big day....but there are 2 girls who I do not like much, 1 in fact I HATE>...she is rude, obnoxious, nasty, nosy....etc...etc...but I fell if I invite mos\t everyone else orm the office I have to invite her, to keep the peace kind of...I think I should jsut invite her and PRAY she won;t be able to come out...ANy opinions will be appreciated!!!!

Just invite her- and if she comes she has to give you a present and you win!!! But really, there was a girl in my office that I hated and she hated me and invited everyone to her e-party but me. I was glad, not insulted at all.

I wouldn't invite her ... but then, I don't care if she got mad at me. I am in a sort of the same situation with someone I know, AND SHE IS NOT COMING, NOT BEEN INVITED TO MY WEDDING! I did put my foot down about it

most likely she won't come...b/c of the distance...so as one of the women I worled with told me...send them the invite...and put the decision on them...and then she added...'and then they have to get you a present'

Honestly, unless it is a very 'open' situation I feel that all 8 should be included. That is JMO though. If the situation is 'I leave her alone, she leaves me alone' then I probably would not invite her.

Its kind of more like, I leave her alone, she bugs the living *)($ out of me!!!! I bet with my luck, I invite her...she comes....she will most definitely come if there is alcohol..she is a total lush and rude...and a total brown noser...and I do not even care to invite my boss either..he is a Jerk...he still has not even acknowldeged I got married and I am sure as HE LL not going to come to him....I could care less if he came, and I don;t feel the need to have to spend the extra 200+ for him and his witchy wife to come...I just really don;t....sorry for the ranting and raving tonight, just had a rough day at work...and its all still so fresh in my mind of why I Hate her so much....

Then just don't invite them! I decided right after our engagement, that I was not going to invite people I did not want in my party just to keep the looks and tense peace. No way, a wedding is already very expensive like to spend money in people that might make the fool of themselves in our day. NO WAY, at leas that is my opinion

Just remember that chances are you will not have to spend much time around her. So as long as you're not worried about inviting even one extra, just to keep the peace, you should give her an invite. If nothing else, it's another gift!

Hey again...I decided...I am not going to offer them an invite...she is a total B---H anyways, so not inviting her, is not going to change her...LOL...and I score a gift, but she is known for giving LAME Unthoughful gifts....so I am sure a wedding will not be any different...naah..not gonna do it....will make my day all the more special knowing she is not going to be there!! Only wanna invite people I want to spend time with....and I do not talk to her at work, so why would I talk to her AFter work?! ahhaha...Thanks for all the input girls! DO notknow what I would do without these chat sessions!!!

GOOD FOR YOU!!! May be I am mean, but I did put my foot down about that ... can you believe that some people had kind of assumed that I am inviting them, and called some days ago kind of asking when they would get their invites???? But I already sent them emails saying: that only the family and very intimate friends will be there. What a nerve!!!

They actually called avesur?? that takes balls!!! I mena I do not know if this one thinks she is invited becasue I am inviting all the others...but I do not want her there..No matter what and my parents hknow what a B---h she is, and would not want her there either...they know I relaly really do not like her and a wedding is not a cheap thing, and I do not feel I should open her to keep the peace...there is no peace to keep since we havd the mutual feling of hating each other, not to mention almost all the otehr girls do not like her either and woukld not want to have to do stuff with her as they come out for the mini vacay...as far as my boss...a gift form him would benice but I am not pushing it, I hate when they all get together and talk work, and it would be uncomfortablt to have him there anywyas....I do not need that...and he does not know my fiance, nor would take the time to know him if given the chance@!

Not for nothing- if your wedding is in 2004- she may be long gone before you actually have to think about this. I'd say, don't invite her though. why be uncomfortable or have someone you don't really love at your wedding?
