my new manager (same one who gave me sh$t about leaving early for pre cana) likes to pull me aside and scold me about 'distracting' my co-workers, when all I do is a little friendly chatter. everyone else, herself included, are always distracting me when I'm working. it's is kind of double standard and singling out that has made it unbearable for me to continue my employment there. Am I the only one applying to an infinite number of jobs to no avail?
