Hated my hair trial. Anyone wearing their hair down and just blowed dried out?
I just don't like this prom hair that the hair stylists have been doing to my hair. My wedding is less than 2 weeks away and I still do not have a hairstyle.
I'm thinking of just getting my hair blowed dried out and curled with a large barrel curling iron.
I am so stressed out about my hair!!!!

I say just do soft curls and tie it half up. It's safe, keeps your hair off your face.
I;m sure you;ll look gorgeous.

I am in the same boat, i've been on two trials and I keep getting prom hair....I am getting married on Friday and am freaking out contacting hair vendors/stylists....
If you want your hair down, then go for it, don't let anyone talk you out of it

I am thinking of just blowing out my hair...I've been thinking of this for a while...did you see cherilicious16's pics?? Her hair was gorgeous!!!!!

That's what Im doing, blown out, some soft waves pulled back off my face. I was adamant about not having prom hair!

i agree with you about the whole prom hair thing. Im wearing mine more down and just setting in hot curlers into it so i get the soft curl look and pulling it a bit back off my face.

I'm wearing my hair down for my wedding (yes, even though it's in August) b/c I hate how I look with my hair up.
Do what you like and how you feel comfortable. Up dos aren't for everyone. If you're not feeling them, wear your hair down in soft curls. If you have a good stylist, they'll stay in!
Several brides here have worn their hair down or mostly down. Do what YOU like. You will look beautiful I'm sure!

I totally understand. I haven't been able to find someone to do my hair yet either. I said the exact same thing - why do they insist on giving me prom/sweet 16 hair! I just really want something loose and a little pulled off my face. Same as you. I think you should just get it blown out and ask them to curl it with a large barrel iron like you said - or ask a friend or family member that to do the curls if you want. I might do that.
