Have to have surg!!

Sorry have to VENT!

Long story short, 2 yrs ago I had an ATV accident, without wearing a helmet I crashed doing 45 MPH and landed onmy shoulder & neck. I was in the hosp for a while, but I was afriad i need some kind of surg so i never really did anything after the hosp. Just chiropra. & phys therp. So now I just had my MRI yesterday & doc said I have several Herniated disks in my Cervical spine. They need to do surg, GREAT 1 year B4 the wedding!!!!! So upset!!!! I should have taken care of this last yr, now I am gonna have a BIG OLD scare on my neck porb. I AM SOOO SCARED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my dad had probably the same surgery and the scar was so small! it's a pain..but it'll really prevent problems down the line. Good Luck! We're all here for you

Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'am getting a sec opin. in 2 weeks.......Maybe I can wait it out another year until after the wedding....

I'm sorry you have to go through this. If you do have to have the surgery, you will feel much better once they correct the problem

I would very seriously think about putting off the surgery for another year. Make sure you ask all the questions about recovery time, damage if you wait an additional year, recovery time if you wait an additional year, etc. Good luck with the MD's and your decision.

Ouch! You need to take care of that ASAP!!!! I hope everything goes well. My FH had a sports injury playing football and his AC rotator cuff shifted out of place.. Hes STILL YET to get operated on to get it fixed.

Exactly, take it from someone who has had TWO c-sections, my scar is so small, and bikini line I might add that if I didn't tell you I had kids you wouldn't know. Don't worry it will be okay
