I am helping to plan a friend's shower and I was invited to one where in the invite you got a little tag that said:
Wishing Well ( please attach this tag to your wishing well gift)
Laura's getting married so ti only seems fitting to have a ' Moods of the Bride' Wishing Well- no we are not kidding.
An extra gift corresponding to the 'mood' you're assigned. Something sweet, something silly or something refined.
Your imagination is your only limit, Be Clever, be crazy just get into it.
then come to the shower, to join in the fun- To honor sweet Laura, Cheers Everyone!
My porblem is that I can't think of the other 'moods' that could apply. My tag for that shower said 'in the mood to: Get Away'
Any ideas girls??

Hmmm a gift that goes with the mood get away...
A gift certificate to a day spa?
A beach bag, with a towel, sun screen, good trashy novel kind of deal..
Travel guides.. Like day trips on Long Island
or Calgon take me away kind of deal.. give her a nice bath and body works gift basket...
It all depends on your budget..

What about int he mood to eat. this could be kitchen gifts, place settings, gift certificates, etc.

Sounds like a cute idea, but too much thinking for me! I like the traditional wishing wells, no thought required.
I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Are you asking what other moods are?

Pookiesangle had some great ideas- Calgon- or suntan lotion, sunglasses, beach towel, a little jar of sand.....etc

taht's cute, i've never heard of that. I was invted to one, wher ei was told what to get for the wishing well. I thoguht that was weird, but it ws a big shower. so big , that i didn't get sugar I got specific sugar- confec tioners to be excat. af riend got brown sugar. We expect someone else got granulated white sugar.
I'm kinda glad I was told though, b/c the next shower i went to, I forgot to get something but fotunatleyt there was a BB&B across the street so I got orange glo.
Those are all good modd suggestions- I don't think I have any differnt ones.
Depending on the crowd, you could do oen that just says , In the mood. . . and hopefully they will know that mena to get soemthign dirty- or romantic at least.

to me in the mood means whoopy- I would get naughty toys from spencer... the old ladies at the shower would LOVE that.
