I have said jokingly. I have said a lot worse not jokingly in the heat of an argument.

When I get frustrated or he is getting to me I tell him 'I will always love you but right now I really don't like you!'

i've never said it , neither has he. when he bothers me or doesn't want to go out, i call him a meanie

Nope. I'vve called him every name in the book but never said 'i hate you'. I dont think I would have the balls to do it. It would hurt me more than it would hurt him.
