I was picking out my dress at bridal reflections a few days ago and a bride came it. She was raving over alli and how she lost 50 pounds with it. I was just wondering about your experiences.

If you do a search there have been a few threads on this. I think most ppl were iffy about it because it has lots of stipulations and if you don't follow the directions to the letter you could end up w/some embarrassing consequences. But everyone has their own experience, that's great for her that it worked though.

My mom used it... it works but you NEED to have a low fat diet as well. If you do not it = bad news. I stress the low fat diet... HTH

yea, I was reading about it and if you eat too much fat....well let's just say it's not pretty!! Google it and you'll see...it's sooo gross!
I've been seeing a commercial for SlimQuick- which is supossed to be good for women, I'm going to look into that one.

diet pills freak me out!! i'd try good old fashioned diet/exercise first, even if you dont lose the weight as quickly.
