YES. It never worked. I was afraid to break up with him. I had to end it by saying I needed space (I waited until after he took me to the MTV music awards 9/9/99) and he cried and I left and changed my number and all and he turned even more psycho.

Another one, I went to Jazz Fest and came back and said how I bumped into an ex and kept going on and on about it how fateful it was and he swore I knew he'd be there and that was why I didn't invite him. We broke up shortly after/

I broke up with an ex because I was moving to NY , but he said no and we had a long distance realtionship for more than a year.
Another one I told him that he was still in love with his ex and broke up, I saw him after at a concert and he told me he wasn't really, he said he was very much in love with me and cried because I was already engaged

I dated a guy once and it's not that I wanted him to break up with me, I was just trying to send a clear message that I wasn't looking to be in a relationship. He wanted to hang out all the time and I would always blow him off to hang out with my friends. He used to get so mad at me, but I didn't really care. It was nice to have someone, but I was never really serious about him.

I am so not a good breaker-up-er...I often stay in the relationship for the sake of nothing better,,,,,but yet get hurt when they break up with me.


Same here - that's how about 95% of my relationships ended!
