So I realize I have been seriously slacking w/ wedding stuff. So I decided to kick it into full scale and get stuff accomplish in spite of some family issues that I have been trying to deal with. Anyway things were finally falling into place and the stuff to put our invites together (we are making them) came in. Yeah I thought, now we can start making our invite. Well the next day at work fh calls me and tells me the inserts wont work in his printer at work at that I should have ordered the full sheet size. Now mind you the invites was his job, he is a graphic artist and he claims that he knew the inserts wouldn't work, but didn't say anything b/c I wanted things the way I wanted them. Well I completely lost it and in my cube started crying hysterically and basically cursing him out. Well honestly the fix was minor for the invites but I completely lost it. Please tell me I'm not alone?

A few months ago I had a breakdown...called my FH during the middle of the night (he was awake because he works nights) just kinda crying/not being able to breathe. I know I have plenty of time (as I am reminded by those not so understanding people ) but I still worry about getting everything done.
I guess we just have to realize that everything will be okay!!! Hang in there!!

ohmigod, you get that cr@p too? why are you assembling the programs and favors, getting the rings engraved, and making a hair trial appt? just do them the week of the wedding. YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME.
Could you imagine waiting until the last moment and then wrestling with the printer as it smears your programs?
As if there is nothing else to do that final week

I had a breakdown this past weekend because I went to my post office to get wedding stamps. The guy told me they have no more and once they run out they never get them again and no where has them. He asked me why I waited so long. Went home had my meltdown, then called another post office they had them. Tonight I hand cancelled all my invites and now they are in the mail.
Why do invites cause us all to freak out? DAMN INVITES!!

Yup! I had my first breakdown last Tuesday and allow me to explain: 1. Went for my dress fitting and my dress was 2 sizes too big. The seamstress paniced and accused me of loosing too much weight which is NOT true AND wanted to charge me $350 for alterations bc there isn't enough time to order a new gown. I haven't lost anything maybe 5 stress pounds at most. aT least they can alter the gown to fit properly. 2. My BM that was supposed to come with me to also be fitted so we could figure out what to do with the bustle on their dress decided to change her appointment earlier and neglected to tell me so we still don't know what the hell to do with their dresses. 3. Don't even get me started on the RSPV's. 4. AND the same night I found out my dog was really sick. She's been in the hospital since then and I just found out tonight she has cancer and needs to be put down.
Oh yeah 'I'm breaking down!' You're sooo not alone

THANK YOU!! I want to tell all vendors and everybody else out there, that there is a reason to my long engagement!!!! and there are reasons for when I do things!!!

I just had one tonight and stormed out of my house...Totally normal! haha Between PMSing, fixing our new house, our wedding and arguing w/ my Dad tonight...I hit my boiling point and broke down! I called FH crying like a lunatic while he's at our new house finishing grouting the tiles in our shower Then I ran to my sister's house and we laughed our butts off about RANDOM things and ate our favorite italian ices like we were 10 years old again....
I think it's good to have a breakdown once in awhile

OOOyea, I've had a few breakdowns where I just felt like saying screw it. For me, it always goes back to me regretting having the wedding in Austria... everything is more expensive and more complicated...it sux.
