Have you ordered shoes from Zappos?

I saw some cute shoes on their website and I'm thinking about ordering them. This is totally foreign to me because I am a big must-try-on-everything before I buy them type of gal. What was the quality? Was it easy to return the shoes if they didn't fit?

I ordered a pair of Kenneth Cole bridal shoes but wound up returning them because I just didn't like the way they fit (I kept tripping on the pointy toes!). Returning them was very easy, and free return shipping!

All the freaking time!

They come quickly & are mostly brand names shoes sold in other stores.

usually Iorder the same brands, like Hush puppies & naturalizer. I never had to send anything back.

I do have one pair of sandals that seemed fineat first, but after I wore them a while hurt me, but that has happened with shoes I bought in a store too.

They tend to run out of stock on what I want a lot though, but it tells you that when you try to add it to your cart though.

Yes, I have ordered shoes and sneakers. I returned the shoes and kept the sneakers.

I like the free shipping and returns, but they are not discount prices. Just better availability.

i have ordered from them twice- once for my wedding shoes and once for a pair of uggs! the wedding shoes were perfect and i kept them the uggs however were too big so i had to return them. it was free return shipping and probably the quickest free delivery i have ever had! i highly recommend them! they have been great so far!
